Hi,There is a lot of difference between BA Psychology and BA (Hons) Psychology. In BA Psychology you will taught Psychology as one subject with other subjects like Hindi, English, Philosophy, Political Science etc….. but if you opt for a BA (Hons) in Psychology you will be taught only Psychology and its various Subjects like Child Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Research Methodology, Abnormal Psychology etc…..BA (Hons) in Psychology will be anytime better than doing a BA Psychology course because it will help you gain a better understanding of the subject concerned.Best Wishes!
