Please note, you could opt for a Hotel management course ( Entrance exam is the eligibility for admission apart from your score or percentage) whereby you could specialise in Food and beverages. After graduating you could opt for a certificate course in cooking or chef related courses.
Please note, these courses can be pursued after 12th too. And even though I know for being a chef or for knowledge in cooking, one does not need to be a graduate, but still I would insist on clearing graduation. You may never know, how and when in life it can be
