Hello Ritik,  Sorry you cannot pursue both the fields at the sametime. Nor can you pursue Economics at the post graduate level if you do not have a graduation.in economics. But any graduate can pursue a pg diploma in mass communication. So I would suggest, pursue economics honors and if you still have an interest in mass communication then opt for a pg diploma.
