She is the Founder-Director and In -charge Career Counselling Division at Aadhar- The Center for Child Development & Psychological Counseling, Bhopal(Established in 2004) and has the distinction of pioneering the career counselling and guidance services in the state. The aim of this organization is the psychological and social empowerment of individuals and families through group and individual counselling.
She has special gift in training and counseling youth, students from Schools and Colleges. Her expertise is in career counselling. By far she has counseled thousand of students.
