Mrs. Bhavyata Dave Bendre, who is the CEO at Right Track, has been awarded the Top Overseas Counsellor award by Career Guide. The award was accepted by her and she expressed her pleasure and gratitude on receiving the award in her acceptance speech.
Mrs. Bendre’s journey starts from being a personality development and English Language trainer at the British institutes in Mumbai in 2006. After that, her career has seen all of the phases of a typical trainer of development. After which she went to Qatar and witnessed the huge gap in systematic career development and guidance services and founded Right Track which is the first and only online private career guidance company in Qatar. Looking back at her professional journey she truly believes life has come a full circle.
Mrs. Bendre is a passionate educationist, having spent over 13 years in higher education as a professor and also as a career mentor. Careers4sure is her dream association with a team dedicated to offering their rich experiences to the youth of India, and steering them to their career success. She is an Internationally certified Global Career Counsellor from UCLA Extension, Los Angeles, and has successfully counselled more than 2000 students in her career. She is also certified with the Qatar Career Development Centre (QCDC), Psytech International (UK), Belbin (UK) and Oscar Murphy Life Strategists (Singapore & India). While in India, she was in charge of the Soft Skills and Employability Training Department of NMIMS for five years.
Mrs. Bendre is the knowledge partner at RIGHT TRACK CONSULTANCIES that pioneered Qatar’s first private bi-lingual Online Career Guidance centre. They offer end-to-end Career Guidance solutions, covering academic scores improvement, stream selection, career assessment and study abroad assistance. She also has over 12 years experience as a passionate soft skills trainer using Psychometric assessments, Experiential learning Systems and Neurolinguistic Programming to approach managerial training with an ‘inside out’ approach.
So, in this noble endeavour, the Career Guide Team congratulates and encourages Mrs. Bendre in her efforts to take students on a path that leads them ‘from confusion to clarity’, just as Mrs. Bendre would put it.
