For admission to postgraduate (MDS) programs at dental institutes in India, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) administers the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Masters of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS).
Every year, generally in the month of May, the NEET MDS examination is given. A single paper with 240 multiple-choice questions is used for the test. These questions are organized into three sections:
- Section A has 50 questions on general medicine and allied sciences.
- Dentistry (section B): 190 questions
- 20 questions make up Section C, “Comprehensive Dentistry.”

NEET MDS 2023: On May 27, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) declared the results for NEET MDS 2023. At nbe.edu.in, candidates may check their results online. A merit list has been released as the outcome. The candidate’s roll number, rank, and scores out of 960 are all included in the NEET MDS 2022 Result PDF. - Submit the application form.
