Private Nursing College Management Association of Kerala is known by the acronym PNCMAK. It is an officially recognized group of private nursing schools in Kerala, India. To improve the caliber of nursing education in the state, the group was founded in 2011. The 63 member colleges of PNCMAK provide Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing, and B.Sc. Nursing with a Bachelor’s degree programs. Additionally, the association annually administers a centralized admissions procedure for B.Sc. Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing programs.

Introduction

The Private Nursing College Management Association of Kerala (PNCMAK) is a registered association of private nursing colleges in Kerala, India. The association was established in 2011 with the aim of promoting the quality of nursing education in the state.

Admission Process

  1. Eligibility:
    1. B.Sc. Nursing: Candidates must have passed 12th grade with PCB and English with a minimum of 50% marks.
    2. M.Sc. Nursing: Candidates must have passed B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% marks.
    3. Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing: Candidates must have passed General Nursing & Midwifery Course (GNM) with a minimum of 50% marks.
  2. Application Process:
      • Candidates must apply online through the PNCMAK website.
      • The application fee is Rs. 1000/- for all candidates.

Candidates must fill in the required details and submit their online application.

3. Selection Process:

  • The selection of candidates is based on their merit in the qualifying examination.
  • A merit list is prepared for each course and candidates are selected in order of merit.

4. Admission:

    • Selected candidates will be invited for counseling and admission.
    • Candidates must submit the required documents at the time of counseling and admission.
