Mrs. Meghna Mukherjee once said, “Personally, today I am very happy that what all that I had built for all those years in terms of information, the experience helped me to take a decision to get into Career Counselling full time. Helping someone select a career and being the influencer is like being a Role Model for the person.”
Mrs. Meghna Mukherjee, who is a counsellor and author, has been awarded the Top Career Counsellor award by Career Guide. The award was accepted by her and she expressed her pleasure and gratitude on receiving the award in her acceptance speech. Mrs. Mukherjee quoted Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, “The end product of education should be making of a free, creative man who can battle against historical circumstances and adversities of nature” and with that, she wants to send out the message that the degree is not everything. It may be important for one to land a job but after that, it is all about our work ethics and efforts and experience.

Mrs. Mukherjee is a post-graduate in clinical Psychology. She had been a part of several workshops related to Personality Enhancement, Counselling, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Therapy, Hypnosis for self-healing and so on. She has been working as a counsellor at Adaptive mind for almost a decade and has worked as an executive counsellor at Growth Centre as well. She was also the School Counsellor at Billabong High International School and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Vidya mandir. Her areas of expertise include Human Resources Management with Clinical Psychology. She is currently working as a Brain mapping analyst. Among all these, she has also been a licensed and certified NLP Practitioner since 2015.
It is no doubt that she has worked hard and mastered every field that she has delved into. She has always believed in penning down her thoughts, who knew writing in her diary would one day lead her to become a writer. So, in this noble endeavour, the Career Guide Team congratulates and encourages Mrs. Mukherjee to keep moving forward in her efforts to eradicate the stigma from the mind of the people about Mental Health and its issues and keep counselling in an unbiased and non-judgmental and continue to handle issues confidentially.
