She started university leap three years back, after gaining experience by working in various industries. The primary aim to start was to bring an array of career counseling for students under one roof. They help students from every aspect, from getting admission to guiding them for internships and building soft skills required in the market.
Some Strengths Or Sweet Spots?
The major strength is that the students pick up what they like and what they are most interested in; we can say choosing the right career. Secondly study abroad was the sweet spot for our guest. She has helped many students get admissions to many colleges abroad, including IVY leagues.
How Did You Get Into This Field?
From her own experience of selecting commerce with mathematics as her field but liking humanities simultaneously, and later putting her foot down during her bachelor’s, she realized that many like her are doing what they are doing for very vague reasons are not interested in it. After this, she started volunteering for the open days at Delhi University . she studied at the Kamala Nehru College, where she began guiding students. Later she realized that this could be a suitable career for her.

Her main reason for going to the UK to study was India’s competitive nature for examinations and international experience, and varied views. She was the only Indian out of 35 in her class. She did a master’s of organizational psychology from the University of Manchester.
What Do You Suggest To The Newcomers? What Path Should They Go On?
She suggests that before starting their practice, they should first work under someone more experienced and learn and observe from them, as practical knowledge is essential.
