There are different bachelor and master’s courses which you can do after the 12th class:

Teacher Training Programs
If you are interested in yoga but not interested in any degree or not at the age to pursue any degree course and want to make a career in the yoga field then there are various teacher training programs. These programs teach you a complete course in the duration of 200 hours. And after completing the training program you will become a certified yoga instructor.
QCI Exam
There were no uniform exams for students to go in the yoga field. With changing times Ministry of Ayush has launched the QCI exam. The scheme is known as the scheme for voluntary certification by QCI (Quality Control of India). There are two levels of exam, level one is instructor, and level two is of a teacher. Students need to study for three months to six months and by practicing yoga you can easily clear the course. After completing the course you will become a certified yoga instructor under the government of India. You can also apply for government jobs with the QCI score.
