Overview

A sommelier is regarded as an individual who has had extensive training and understanding in wine, wine service, wine pairing, wine storage and procurement, wine lists, and generally speaking, wine.
The person who manages the wine supply is known as a sommelier.
In essence, he decides on the restaurant's wine selection and creates the wine menu.
The head sommelier, a professional, also matches wine and food.

Create the wine list
Choosing and buying wines
Controlling the wine storage and making sure it's always stocked
Ordering wine and beverages

Controlling and evaluating the wine cellar's overall quality and the wines that are offered Checking the wine cellar's inventory daily and making sure it is clean
