BASIC Photography Course
It a short course that condenses in just 2 weeks and does not require any educational qualifications. It entails detailed discussions on the basic theories and fundamentals of photography as well as training to develop a creative side to capture meaningful images that speak to its audience. Topics covered during the course are: History of Photography, Introduction to DSLR camera and its components, Introduction to Lightning, Introduction to the lens, learning the different type of shooting techniques, photographing people and tips for candid photography, Indoor and outdoor Portrait photography, applying light theory to portraiture and Practical demonstrations.
FOUNDATION Photography Course
It is a comprehensive course for beginners. The duration of the course is two months and anyone can apply. The course is well-suited for both the passionate DSLR users with photography as a hobby and those who wish to make a career of it. Introduction to digital photography, functionalities of a Camera, Lighting, Flashlight Photography, understanding texture, advanced photo editing and special techniques like HDR, Panorama, Time lapse, Basic DSLR video, Studio Lighting, Light modifiers are the key topics of the course.
Wildlife Photography
It is a 4-week long course that expects you to have the knowledge required to make use of a digital camera in a mode other than “point-and-shoot” wherein the camera does everything for you. The course is two-part: classroom theory as well as field practical. In this 4-week course, the wildlife photographer assigned to you shares his personal methods for getting within the telephoto range of shy animals as well as the best equipment to use, macro techniques that will open a whole new world for you, and the ideal lighting conditions the produce fine art images. Candid Wedding Photography
An ideal 3-week long wedding photography course for those who desire to start a career as a professional wedding photographer. Our experts will teach you all from an introduction to the basic equipment, on to lighting and posing, shooting techniques, to the procedures and details on scouting and location. Some time will also be dedicated to post-production, editing and how light-room and Photoshop work together culminate into professional pictures. You will also be working on-field at real weddings so to apply your knowledge on a practical level. Key topics like Wedding Photography styles, RAW v JPEG, low light photography techniques, equipment, a half-day wedding shoot with a bride and groom (on location), Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop overview, Sales and Marketing will be covered during the course.
Fashion Photography
A 12-week course that will enhance your critical approach to national and international style and the cultural landscape of the fashion industry. The course talks about photography and the study of ideology, politics, and the context of fashion. From advertising campaigns to designer magazine covers, you will grasp and absorb a variety of technical skills of photography throughout the program. Location and studio shooting along with the well-equipped photography studios within the college will help you explore digital image production and manipulation. After the course, you will also be provided with a 1-month studio membership wherein you can use the types of equipment, college facilities, and consult tutors.
Advanced Diploma course
The one-year Diploma course offers students an exceptional opportunity to study photography in Delhi. This course covers all roles of photography from fashion, wildlife and wedding. The course is divided into three semesters; each semester is divided equally into 4 months. The first semester is designed for building a basic foundation for Photography Techniques. The second semester entails the skills of developing digital darkroom tactics, various streams of photography – landscape, architectural, fashion, product, wildlife, wedding and journalism and techniques for enhancing/manipulating images digital application and research for Photography and Dark Room Practices. In your final semester projects will be assigned, culminating in a professional portfolio that could be used for job opportunities. A number of advanced workshops will be planned during your last semester to give you sufficient work experience as well as real practical exposure.
