Eligibility Criteria
- Village Administrative Officer (VAO):
- SSLC passed with minimum marks for admission to higher secondary courses.
- Junior Assistant (Security), Junior Assistant (Non-Security), Bill Collector, Draftsmen, Typist:
- SSLC passed with minimum marks for admission to higher secondary courses and Government Technical Examination in typewriting.
- Steno-Typist (Grade – III):
- SSLC exam passed with minimum marks for admission to higher secondary courses and Government Technical Examination in both typewriting & shorthand.
- Field Surveyor:
- Candidates must be trained in surveys in industrial training institutes.
- Typing and Stenography:
- Certification in computer on office automation awarded for the Typist post and Steno-typist.
- Steno-Typist (Grade–III) in Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board:
- Must have passed H.S.C Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to College Courses of studies.
- Junior Assistant, Bill Collector, Typist, and Steno-Typist (Grade -III):
- SCs, SC(A)s, STs, and Destitute Widows of all Castes: 18 to 37 years.
- MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, and BCMs: 18 to 34 years.
- Others: 18 to 32 years.
- Village Administrative Officer (VAO):
- SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs, and Destitute Widows of all Castes: 21 to 42 years.
