Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs): Companies interested in recruiting from the institute conduct pre-placement talks to introduce themselves to the students. They provide information about their company, job roles, expectations, and career growth opportunities.

Resume Submission: Students interested in participating in the placement process submit their resumes to the institute’s placement cell. These resumes are then shared with the participating companies.

Shortlisting: Based on the resumes, companies shortlist candidates for further stages of the recruitment process. Shortlisting criteria may include academic performance, relevant skills, and experiences.

Written Tests: Some companies may conduct written tests to assess candidates’ aptitude test, reasoning, communication skills, and domain knowledge. These tests are used to further shortlist candidates.

Group Discussion (GD) or Case Study: Shortlisted candidates might participate in group discussions or case study exercises. These activities assess candidates’ communication skills, ability to work in teams, and problem-solving skills.

Personal Interview: Candidates who perform well in the earlier rounds are invited for personal interviews. Interviews can be technical, HR-based, or a mix of both. They are conducted to evaluate candidates’ knowledge, personality, attitude, and fit for the company.

Final Selection: After evaluating candidates through various stages, companies make their final selection decisions. Selected candidates are usually offered jobs or internships, depending on the nature of the placement process.

Acceptance and Joining: Candidates who receive job offers decide whether to accept them. Upon accepting an offer, they might need to complete some formalities, such as signing offer letters and completing any required documentation. The candidates then join the company on the agreed-upon date.
