Pre-Placement Activities: Companies interested in hiring WCE students typically start with pre-placement activities. These activities may include conducting pre-placement talks (PPTs) to introduce the company’s profile, work culture, and job roles to the students.

Registration: Interested students usually need to register for the placement process by submitting their resumes and other required documents to the college’s placement cell. This registration helps the college organize the placement process more effectively.

Shortlisting: Companies review the submitted resumes and shortlist candidates based on their academic performance, skills, and other criteria. Shortlisted students are then notified by the placement cell.

Placement Drives: Companies visit the campus on scheduled dates to conduct placement drives. These drives may include various rounds such as written tests, group discussions, technical interviews, and HR interviews.

Interview Rounds: Shortlisted students participate in the interview rounds according to the company’s selection process. These rounds assess the candidates’ technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and suitability for the job role.

Offer Letters: Candidates who perform well in the interview rounds and meet the company’s requirements receive offer letters. These letters provide details about the job position, compensation package, terms and conditions, and other relevant information.
