Introduction to NDST Exam (NDST Question Paper)

Dakshana extends its exclusive 2-year coaching program solely to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNV) students, having enrolled over 5000 individuals since 2007. A notable feat is that more than 1,632 Dakshana Scholars, up to the present year, have successfully conquered the JEE Advanced, securing coveted positions in IITs. Others have navigated through the AIEEE or JEE Mains, paving their academic path in engineering and science at esteemed institutions like NIT and others nationwide. Remarkably, every other Dakshana Scholar has triumphed in the rigorous IIT entrance examination.

Eligibility Criteria : NDST Question Paper

Dakshana invites JNV students for NCST, through their schools, based on merit at internal examinations during Class 9 and 10. Dakshana accepts these results only from the JNVs through their respective NVS Regional Offices. Non-JNV students are not eligible for this program.

Aggregate marks of Maths & Science in Class 10 should be above the cut-off:

  • GEN/EWS/OBC: 85%, SC: 70%,
  • ST: 60%,PD: No cut-off. 
  • Income: Annual Family Income to be less than 2 lakhs.
