JIPMAT Exam Stages
The JIPMAT exam consists of two stages:
- Written Exam
- Personal Interview (PI)
Written Exam
The JIPMAT written exam is a computer-based test (CBT) of 2.5 hours duration. It consists of 100 multiple-choice questions divided into three sections:
- Quantitative Ability and Logical Reasoning (35 questions)
- Verbal Ability (35 questions)
- Data Interpretation (30 questions)
Personal Interview (PI)
Candidates who qualify the written exam are invited for a personal interview (PI). The PI is conducted by IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. The PI is designed to assess the candidate’s communication skills, personality, and fitment with the IPM program.
