In case you have been working for quite a time and it is best to keep your resume short and sweet. Suppose you have been working for 6 years or more so it doesn’t make sense to mention your 10th and 12th percentage.
Mentioning the details of your last degrees beneath it, the period, and 3-4 bullet points to highlight the CGPA, any relevant coursework or honors and that’s it! That’s enough!
But if you are a student, you will have a lot more to add to the education section.
You→ Good Resume →Job
1. Mention your education before your experience, list down your institution name, degree, and the period in reverse chronological order up to the 10th standard, and then forget to have a separate column for your CGPA.

4. The final change would be, in case you are a student, there are a lot of things that you can mention under the additional sections
5. The best thing is to bring your competitive exam score like IIT/JEE, CAT rank, you can also mention the name of the college fest you have participated in like hackathons, coding contests, paper presentation contests.
6. You can even write about the initiatives you took while you were at college like taking care of your college website or newsletter or even maintaining your blog.
