Overview of UG Courses in UK

Bachelor’s degree in UK are usually of 3-4 years. Many Undergraduate programs in UK have an option of ‘Placement year’ in their third year of college where they work a full year before the completion of their degree.Admissions to the Top UK universities are based on certain exams. All undergraduates’ applications are made through UCAS (Universities and College Admission Service). In the UCAS the students can only apply to 5 universities hence its very important to select the Universities Carefully.

Requirements for UG Courses in UK

Different Universities require students to have different marks. This can range from 60%-95%.
IELTS/TOEFL examination also needs to be taken to proof English Language proficiency.
Students who score 70% above in class 12 English will get a waiver.
Most applications of universities at the under graduation level is done through a portal called ‘UCAS’.
Foundations and Pathway programs are available for students who have secured below 60%
Students will have to submit their essays, LOR, Predicted grades & Mark sheets of previous classes.
