UPES Admission 2024, Process, Eligibility Criteria

To apply for UPES Admission, you’ll need to create an account on the UPES website. Once you have an account, you can complete the online application form.

Step 1: Create an Account

1. Go to the UPES website and click on the “Apply” tab.
2. Select the “New User” option and enter your email address and password.
3. Click on the “Submit” button.

Step 2: Complete the Application Form

1. Once you have created an account, you will be able to access the online application form.
2. Fill in all of the required fields, including your personal information, academic qualifications, and program selection.
3. Upload your scanned documents, such as your mark sheets and passport-sized photograph.
4. Pay the application fee.

Step 3: Submit the Application Form

1. Once you have completed the application form, click on the “Submit” button.
2. You will receive a confirmation email stating that your application has been submitted.

Step 4: Track Your Application Status

1. You can track your application status by logging into your UPES account.
2. You will be notified via email when any updates are made to your application status.

Step 5: Attend the Counseling Session

1. If you are shortlisted for admission, you will be invited to attend a counseling session.
2. At the counseling session, you will be able to select your preferred program and hostel accommodation.
3. You will also be required to pay the admission fee.

Step 6: Submit the Acceptance Form

1. Once you have selected your program and paid the admission fee, you will be required to submit an acceptance form.
2. The acceptance form will be sent to you via email.
3. Complete the acceptance form and return it to UPES.

Step 7: Register for Classes

1. Once your acceptance form has been processed, you will be able to register for classes.
2. The class registration process will be announced on the UPES website.
3. Register for the classes that you want to take.

Step 8: Pay the Semester Fees

1. Once you have registered for classes, you will be required to pay the semester fees.
2. The semester fee payment deadline will be announced on the UPES website.
3. Pay the semester fees by the deadline to avoid late payment penalties.

Step 9: Attend Orientation

1. All new students are required to attend orientation.
2. Orientation will be held at the beginning of the academic semester.
3. At orientation, you will receive important information about the university, such as academic policies, student services, and campus facilities.

Step 10: Start Your Academic Journey

1. After attending orientation, you will be ready to begin your academic journey at UPES.
2. Attend your classes, participate in extracurricular activities, and make the most of your time at UPES.
