Sleep isn’t just an activity, it is the thing that restores our body system. it is essential and not supplementary. And the only thing that is worse than no sleep is inadequate sleep. Be Pre-Prepared

Program Your Sleep

Here is a pro tip. Our body rejuvenates itself during a special phase of sleep. This phase of sleep is of the utmost necessity for the feeling of being fresh and active and energetic. This phase is known as REM Sleep (Rapid Eye Movement). A person who wakes up after completing REM sleep is fresh and active and optimally awake.

A person who is woken from incomplete REM sleep is irritable, sleepy, and tends to be less concentrated. The entire cycle of REM sleep lasts for 45 Minutes. So try sleeping for durations which are multiples of 45. For example, sleep for 45 minutes, 90 minutes (1 hour and half hours), 135 minutes (2 hours 15 minutes), 180 minutes (3 hours), and so on. If you are sleeping late (which you should avoid), try using this particular trick. You will always be fresh if you complete REM cycles in your sleep.

Health Is Wealth

One can never emphasize the importance of health. Having a proper dinner, drinking plenty of water before sleeping(A glass full or two)  is necessary not only for a sound sleep but to wake up without feeling dehydrated or having irritable bowel syndrome. 

Avoid Negativity

If you are carrying the guilt of yesterday, you can never grab the opportunities of tomorrow. Getting ready for school, college and work is a tiring process, and having a negative mood or cribbing about the problems of yesterday will do no good in a possible manner. Have trust in yourself, keep on reciting that no problem is greater than the strength that lies within me. A negative mindset is something that you surely don’t need to spoil your Monday morning or any other morning.
