As per the Institute of Chartered Accountancy, for the CPT, they have mentioned that a student needs to register after 10th, and after 12th they could appear for the CPT exam.
Through The IIPC route, they have mentioned any other Graduate with a minimum 60% is eligible.
The only point I wish to mention here is that you being from the science background, but lacking knowledge in accountancy could be a hindrance for you. But in-case of you are confident that you could cope up with the subjects of CA, and take help by joining classes etc, then go ahead.

Hello, you can take admission for Bachelor in any life science depending on the group which you have selected in 12th. Besides that you can go for no. Of certificate in computers, foreign language, photography etc. based on your interest.

I strongly do not suggest or recommend, choosing a course based on your percenatge.
Depending on the college, few of them allot seats based on overall and few on the basis of aggregate.
My question here is what did you wish to pursue that you chose PCM stream.
Go for that only, rather than being disheartened with the course which you would be forced to choose.
Please note a PCM student has options like agriculture, biotechnology, engineering, computer science, Math, statistics etc.
