Dear Aspirant,
Your question is very vague and does not indicate any specific concern.
There are private institutes who give courses in Animation. There are no formal degree colleges for animation in India. To begin with I would suggest that you may think for BFA (Bachelors in Fine Arts) course from a recognised University.
BFA would serve as a strong foundation for you to make careers in artistic field like animation, designing, arts, etc.
For BFA there are good colleges in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune.
Also apart from choosing the best college, ensure you are also one of the best student.

Dear Aspirant,
Currently, there is no survey or ranking of best startups in India.
Startups generally visit colleges for placements or hire talent through job consultants.
Internship in Startups is really good thing to do.
I would suggest that you should register yourself on www.internshala.com or www.letsintern.com. These job portals are dedicated for internship assignments and here you can get access to startups.
Best wishes
Dear Aspirant,
I would require more details from you.
Which domain and sector do you have 5 years of experience? Based on that it would be more better for me to recommend you executive programs in management. Which city do you stay or work in?
You can give me a call too through this system and we can discuss in detail and arrive at a decision.
I would not suggest any random executive programs for you.
Best wishes
Dear Shalini,
Great to know your interest in Animation.
Please note to be successfull in Animation Industry, it is more important to have genuine creativity, colour and drawing sense than to know the software tools used. Software tools are required to learn which will facilitate and enhance your creativity.
Animator being niche industry can be successful in locations like Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore. It is relatively lucrative career with high level of expertise needed with less nos of Job opportunity as compared to other mass IT careers.

Hi Niharika,
It would be good if you could get in touch with some computer expert or an IT graduate or a computer coach.
Since I am a layman in this subject, I would only be able to suggest meeting an expert.
Wish you good luck....
