Hi Greetings!! Since you are working into sales and marketing since 5 years i would suggest you to work in that only. But if you are not interested in doing sales and marketing than u can opt for doing some studies first in HR i.e. you can go for MBA in HR or Diploma in Human Resource management. Than you can join some or the other consultancy firms and get your HR career started.
