You can apply for either the post of Technical Management Trainee or IMM Management Trainee at HAL. You can only apply any one of the post in the management trainee category. Eligibility Criteria for applying: Management Trainee (Technical): Candidates possessing Engineering with Aeronautical , Computer Science , Electrical, Production , Metallurgy, Electronics , Mechanical from a recognized University with at least 65% marks.
Management Trainee (Integrated Materials Management): Candidates possessing Engineering with Electrical , Production, Mechanical from a recognized University or equivalent qualification with minimum 65% marks. The registration opens in the month of December every year and the selection will be based on online examination and an personal interview for those who qualify the written examination.
