Generally in Telecom industry engineers qualified in Electronics, Telecommunication, Electrical are employed.
In IT industry engineers or non engineers with qualification in IT, Computers, Computer Science, Computer Applications are employed.
Other skills like communication, english, personality, inter personal skills, numerical ability, are expected. Project Management certification can also help you a lot for jobs as a fresher.
