Dear Aspirant,
I disagree with Ms. Pratibha.
You CANNOT apply for Bank jobs till you become a graduate degree holder from a recognised University.
12th pass CANNOT join banks for clerk positions at all.
Exams are held by IBPS according to the vacancies in the banks in the government sector. PO and Clerks and Specialist Officers Exams are conducted by IBPS.
The subjects
cannot be mastered if you are not a graduate. There are no courses to be done, however separate preparation for the above subjects needs to be done and practice.
I would, therefore recommend you to become a graduate first and score minimum 60% to be on the safer side.
Best wishes

Hello Pratibha..!!
You have to complete your graduation first before applying for the banks. Banking sector is booming right now in India and it will be a good decision to get a job in such sector which is growing constantly. There are many ways through which you can get a job in the banking sector. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional. Now, banking sector in India is divided into two parts. The first one is the Public Sector Banks which are Government running banks like SBI, PNB, Bank of Baroda etc. To get a job in Public Sector there are no such courses to study. To get a job in a public sector bank, you have to fight competitive exams such as IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk and other exam which are conducted by the banks individually. And for that you have to complete a Graduation first.
Now to get a job in a Private Sector Bank which is the second part of the Indian Banking System, the process is easy. You have to complete courses which are specially designed for banking aspirants. Many of the Private Banks have started conducting paid courses which guarantees a job in their bank after completion of the course. Banks such as Axis Bank, ICICI Bank etc. are few one from the list. But as I have told earlier, you have to complete your graduation first, even for these courses. Hope this will help..!!
All the best..!!
