Dear Mansi,

First of all i would like to appreciate your efforts for working (gaining experience ) & learning at the same time.
As you said that you are pursuing your BBA which means you are a management student. so my first choice for your further education will be MBA
.
MBA in Marketing (Part time or Distance Mode) will open lots of opportunities for you as you already have working experience.
and for choosing more path if you under go psychometric analyses (Aptitude test) which will give you more clear picture.

Wow....

Interesting, you are not yet a Graduate but have 4 years of experience.
This is good, because the course is just a backup for you right now.

Anyways since you have experience in retail industry it would be good if you pursue further studies related to the Retail Industry itself.
You could look out for options relating to:
  • Supply Chain management
  • Inventory Management
  • Retail and Business development
  • Shop floor management
  • SAP
The above mentioned courses apart from SAP, are available as a Diploma and an MBA program too.

Since any industry would require Business as in related to selling of the product and reaching out to customers in a short period of time, so it is a must to have a Supply chain and inventory department.
As a Supply chain manager, you would act as a bridge between the main industry and its subsidiaries.
Inventory management would involve taking care of the existing stocks and sending it to the franchisee accordingly. So co-coordinating right from the warehouse to the store would be your responsibility.
As for the ship floor manager, someone needs to keep a tab on the franchises too, needs to visit them and keep a check on the trend too.
This would be the job of the shop floor manager.

If you are good with marketing and speaking and convincing customers and at the same time have innovative ideas to reach out to the masses, then Business developer is a good opportunity.
But apart from just being able to attract customers by speaking to them, you may also be into advertising the product. So if you have knowledge related to advertisements or animation or graphic designing, would come in handy for you.

As such since everything these days are become computerized, even in terms of inventory checking, people don't have to manually take the count, its all system generated. So here SAP plays an important role.

The above mentioned courses, you can pursue even without having to quit your job.
Hope this answers your query.

Wish you good luck.............
