As a store manager, you are responsible for the A to Z functioning of the store.

On a daily basis, the main responsibility of the Store manager would include:

• Open and closing the shop
• Making sure the shelves are neat and clean
• Making sure the stocks are available and keeping a daily stock of the inventory
• Keeping in touch with the latest, and making sure it is available in the shop
• Staffs are maintaining discipline in the store
• Staffs are maintaining good rapport with the customer
• Make sure that the targets are achieved and the store is making a profit

In short the Store manager is the one who is responsible for the smooth functioning of the store and as such performs a co-ordinators job
