DMLT, is a para-medical field course.

These are specialists we generally see in laboratories or blood banks or diagnostic centers.

It is a 1 year course after 10th.

You can surely opt for this course from Rajiv Gandhi institute.

But be well planned, because according to your question, you have already completed 11th.

So pursuing this course, would mean a waste of your one year which you studied in class 11th.

As a Diploma, you would definitely get a job, but ultimately pursuing Graduation is a must.

The difference is in their job profile.

After a Diploma program, you would be working as a Medical Lab Technician, whereby your job would be collecting the samples, labeling them, getting the patient ready etc.

Whereas after Graduation, you would be into analysis of the sample, rather testing and generating a report for the same.

Since you have already completed your 11th, hopefully in the science stream, then I would recommend, you to complete your 12th in Science itself, and based on your results, opt for a B.Sc MLT program which is a 3 years course.

But if DMLT is what you wish to go ahead with, no issues, just go ahead and pursue the course.
