Naturally, you should do courses related to Garments, Fashion, etc.

BSc Computers was actually a good education, but it appears that unfortunately you are not willing to continue in the field as a career. I hope you are 100% sure that you wish to leave the computers field and go to a very different field which has no connection with your graduation.

You can do Diploma courses in Designing (Web, Fashion, Jewellery, etc.) through which you will be able to know the intricacies of those fields which would be beneficial for you to open up your own boutique. Before opening your own boutique, I would suggest you to work in a company or firm where you can get practical knowledge which will give you more confidence for your own venture.

But before that how good is your imagination skills??
How good is your sketching???
How good is your sense of colour, and fabric ???

All this are the skills you need to begin as a Fashion designer.

And as Dr Anand has rightly said there are PG Diploma programs available for fashion designing. To pursue this course, you would have to clear the entrance exam and also keep a book of sketches ready as a portfolio, which is essential at the time of interview.

At the same time, try and build your contacts that would be handy when you ultimately begin on your own.

Also please note there are short term courses that are available for say 6 months. Pursuing this will give you an idea as to where exactly are your designing skills, and then you could opt for a PG Diploma program.

Chose which suits you the best.

As per query, you are interested in Designing field. Firstly, as Dr. Anand and Ms. Meghna have correctly said that Bsc in Computers and Designing are totally opposite fields. So, if you were very sure that you want to build your career in Designing, why did you opt for Bsc Computers in the first place? Secondly, a Hobby is different from Profession.... So first you need to be very sure that Designing is your Hobby which makes you passionate to enter into this field or from the beginning only you were interested in this field?
If there is even slightest amount of confusion then I would suggest you take Ideal Career test before you decide any Profession as changing the profession too frequently will not look good on your CV and also the job opportunities, the salary slabs and nature of work are totally opposite. Designing is a vast field. Its not calculative or analytical like computer science. Each day thousands of new designs, fabrics and patterns are introduced across the globe.

Secondly, whether you have that creative frame of mind or not can be known through the Psychometric test. Also, your current educational background will not suffice you to take up any courses in Designing as there are certain basic courses that you will need to first take up. Establishing your own Fashion Designing Studio will come much later as first you need to gain some experience under some trained and well known designers so you know what is currently in the market. Also, this field requires lot of Networking so that you are updated about all the happenings and where you can be a part of such events and have cross learnings.

Thirdly, you need partnerships with the person who will print/ embroider your designs. The one who will photoshoot your fabrics, Models who will wear your fabric n Endorse it and a good Ad agent who can help you be popular.

All this requires Good Financial resources and lots of Networking and Linkages.

So, I suggest you to introspect once again, and confirm whether you would like it as a full time Profession or a side income source.
