There are a number of good paramedical degree courses that you can opt for if not core medicine.Physical Therapy and health sciences is a quite lucrative career option with good opportunity.
Also as an options , if not pure life sciences you can go for Genetics, Microbiology or Bio chemistry as specialization.
These are fields with great research prospects.Since you do not have Mathematics so Bio Technology or Bio Medical Engineering cannot come as options.

I just wish to add that one negative thought will not allow you to put in the right efforts sincerely as the thought of not clearing will not let you concentrate at all. So leave all negative thoughts and just focus on your studies. Take all the help required.
One more option you could think of apart from paramedical includes Food science and nutrition, Home Science and other options as mentioned by the above counselor.
At the moment though we have listed out options dont even think of them. Think as if you have no other option than medical.
