After completion of B.Sc.IT, you can continue your studies in IT by choosing M.Sc. IT or MCA where you will be able to narrow down your focus in IT.
While MBA will give you broader career options to choose, where you can either take specializations in IT Management, or you will have an option to choose from more generic and common specializations such as HR or operations management among others.
However job prospects in both the options vary widely, depending on the institute you choose as well as your career interests and long term career goals.
