Firstly I am confused, that how did you land up in a marketing job, being an engineer.
As such, helping you choose a profile, based on just your qualification and experience will not be an easy task.
Rather it would be good if you know your aptitude and interest and choose accordingly. I strongly recommend an Aptitude tests / Career tests, to help you make a choice.
As such in-case if you are not interested in an Aptitude tests, which is ideal, you could opt for an MBA degree, and choose a specialization in Finance or HR or Operations or Retail.
But still I would recommend, an Aptitude tests.
