The computer science engineering is the branch of the science in which the scientific principles are applied to run the wide resources based on the computer systems. Commonly called as a software engineer, their need in the government sector is to rise, the main aftermath of the demonetization.

Time to time as per as vacancy, the top organizations like Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited, telecom regulatory authority of India, etc conducts their respective examinations for the post of the junior engineers and assistant engineers.
Both the posts are the responsible posts in the departments and play very important role to maintain the communication, broadcastings and internet penetration effectively in the country.
One of the fields for the computer science engineering graduates is that of the recruitment in the All India radio and he Doordarshan domain. Both the organization deals with the broadcasting sectors, hence there arise a need for the young and desperate ones from the country.

The country is witnessing the huge cases of the cyber attacks and online frauds like hacking, phishing, trapping etc. hence there is an urgent need to adopt some serious measures both from the central government and state governments.
In the light of this, central constituted a separate cyber cell in each and every department to look into the situation and created a specialized agency called CERT- I which is commonly known as the cyber arm of the government. In the last 5year government recruited the computer science graduates from across the country as ethical hackers and programmers.
Agencies like RAW (retention and analyzing wing), CBI (central bureau of investigation), UIDAI(unique identification authority of India), DRI(department of revenue intelligence), Armies cyber cell, CERT-In etc timely recruits the meritorious computer science graduates as an ethical hacker or programmer.
Various ministries like ministry of communication and technology, the ministry of information and broadcasting etc release the notifications once a year for the posts of the CS engineers, especially for the cloud computing.
Recently, many states for the first time released the notification for the state information and technology services.
To develop the web pages of the departments, digital records, online taxation, online redressal etc needs the strong digital infrastructure in the state, hence there is a need to have the young talent in the state government to make the state a digital state.
Thus as a programmer, as a junior engineer etc state governments have started the recruitment process, which opened the new vision for the computer science graduates.
What additional knowledge you must have?
During your graduation, one should take the additional training of the different programming languages like C+, C++, Java, Dot net based on the job requirement.
