In any language, to be a creative writer, you need this as your basic qualification. In terms of qualification, Post graduation in that language is preferable. Thorough expertise in grammar and usage of sentences will be an added advantage.  Creative intelligence is another must.

Creative wiring is very broad field. You must know what kind of job you are looking for. To become a creative writer, you need to have basic knowledge of grammar of specific language you are interested in. Creative writing is essential in Journalism, business marketing, film industry (script writing), program documentation, advertising, book/article writing, academics etc.
