Well its an very interesting question that you have got on this forum. Often we hear that maths is very important from our childhood . Maths is the subject that you need to learn very well because in future everywhere you have maths as one of the subject in your course.
All the subjects that we learn have importance in some or the other way.The saddest part is that we are not told how the subjects that we have been learning in our schools how they are going to contribute and why learning them is important and needed. So we carry a wrong discourse with us in the learnings.
Answering your career query law is a field where you learn the law,history,constitution,sociology,political science,laws related to land,criminal,civil,corporate law,labour law etc. such subjects. So its not that very much important to have a very in depth knowledge of the mathematics for a corporate lawyer.The basic knowledge of mathematics is sufficient at the end of the day a corporate lawyer is going to deal with the laws related to corporate so one should have a sound understanding of the laws related to labour,corporate etc.
If you are planning to opt for CS course in that their is some part of mathematics but that is also the very basic maths that you have learnt in your school.There only you come across mathematics.
SO you dont worry for mathematics. Concentrate more on English and Law subjects.

Maths would be of very little use to a Corporate Lawyer. However in case you decide to take up only Taxation / Finance related Corporate cases, then Maths would be of help to understand the domain.
