I did my B.Tech in mechanical Engineering with 72.8% 2013 pass out.wrote PGDC course test for NPTI .Got 238 rank. attented counselling and got seat in NPTI Nagpur.But, I am little worried because many seats are left over.Why it is like this does this course or job after course has any loop holes.????
