Hi Aneesh,

BANK PO exam is conducted through only two entrance examinations one is SBI and another is IBPS. The details of these two exams are given below. The minimum qualifications for Bank PO exams is Graduation degree from recognized university and as you are a BTech pass out so it will also counts.

But your age must be in between 21 Years to 30 Years. Age relaxation is also provided only for SC/ST & OBC candidate.

Institute of Banking Personal Service (IBPS) conducts Bank PO examination for 19 public sector banks from time to time as per requirement.

List of the Bank which are participate in BANK PO Examination under IBPS:

  • Allahabad Bank.
  • Andhra Bank.
  • Bank of Baroda.
  • Bank of India.
  • Bank of Maharashtra.
  • Canara Bank.
  • Central Bank of India.
  • Corporation Bank.
  • Dena Bank.
  • Indian Bank.
  • Indian Overseas Bank.
  • Oriental Bank of Commerce.
  • Punjab National Bank.
  • Punjab & Sind Bank.
  • Syndicate Bank.
  • Union Bank of India.
  • United Bank of India.
  • UCO Bank.
  • Vijaya Bank.

If you have qualified in IBPS Written examination then they will provide a score card. Validity of card is one year. In this one year you can apply in the given list of 19 bank PO recruitment. After clearing written exam Banks conduct Interview of the candidate for the post of PO.

The written exam consists of questions from the following categories

  • Reasoning.
  • Quantitative Aptitude.
  • General Awareness.
  • English.
  • Computer knowledge.
