Sad to hear you did not clear the entrance exam for medical.
Though entrance exams for most of the courses are done with, but still you can try for courses like:
Incase if medical interests you, you could try for BAMS (Ayurveda dr. Knowledge of Sanskrit is important) or BHMS (Homeopathy dr).
Or could shift to commerce or ARTS or opt for BMS, BBA, BMM, LAW, Hotel management, literature etc
