Congrats on clearing 12th commerce.
You saying, you are interested in a technical course, but you have chosen commerce.
Hence we counselors always suggest an Aptitude test right after 10th, so that you are the right option which matches your interest as well as your potentials.
Anyways, technical line like engineering or computers is possible only through the science stream, which right now you would not be eligible.
No looking back now. If you have chosen Math in 12th, you could opt for a BCA course. If not, but still interested in the course, then you could appear for Math paper separately through the University and secure a seat.
Or else, I would suggest, go ahead with commerce. Either just a B.Com and along with it pursue either CA or CS.
Or you could opt for Self financing courses like BAF, BBI or BFM.
You also could opt for an undergraduate management studies popularly called as BMS or BBA.
Mass media known as BMM, also you could opt for.
