1) After MCA ,there are very less option in govt. Jobs but you have to keep watching in employment news papers and leading public sectors advertisements.
2) You can try for lecturer position in different government institutions and universities.
3) there are various options in organizations like CDAC, IETE, railway, DOEACC etc on contractual basis which are likely to be permanent in future.
4) you have to qualify in GATE for appearing in various public sector examinations.
5) after qualify GATE, you can pursue M.Tech.from IITs so that you can use opportunities in campus interview in IITs.there are lot of public Sector companies in campus interview.
