As you are a business graduate, I would suggest further studies in industrial/organisational psychology would be better for you(organisational behavior)
I would also like to tell you that psychiatry and psychology are two different courses.
Psychiatry is a specialized field in medicine in which treatment in terms of medication is provided, whereas psychology is a field in humanities in which only therapy is provided.
You can do your post graduation in organisational behavior and get jobs in psychology departments(many a companies now have psychometric assessment during their recruitment process) in MNCs.
You can also be placed as a part of the HR team in a company, in which many aspects of human resources can be looked after by you.
