Hello Amit

It is common globally that professionals with 3 -7 years of work experience often choose regular MBAs, in fact most of the decent regular MBA programs are designed for people with some level of work experience, while Executive MBAs are often designed to suit mid to senior management executives.

You must also need to know the purpose why you are planning to do an MBA, what are your motivations and your choice completely depend on that whether you wish to change your industry/sector, add a leadership edge to your qualification, willing to learn management concept to deploy it for an entrepreneurial venture or seeking a MBA degree to enhance your CV/Profile. If you intend to change the job after the degree or doing it on a sabbatical all affect your decision to do MBA and from India or abroad.

Since, you have not shared your complete profile here, it would be difficult to guide you on specifics of your query.
