Interesting question. 

But please note, being a successful business requires good management skills, innovativeness and most importantly being alert of the market and the consumers demand.

And these skills are self developed, and no qualifications can help you develop these strategies. Nevertheless, having management knowledge especially entrepreniual knowledge followed with marketing knowledge can be helpful in the beginning and in the long run. Hence pursuing an MBA in Business management or entrepreniual management could be helpful for you. 

To pursue an MBA , minimum requirement is graduation. So you could opt for graduation in any field. But as per my suggestion, when you run your own business, knowledge about finance especially accounting is a must. Initially if you handle the accounts would be best or if you hire someone atleast knowledge must be there with you. Hence you could opt for graduation in B.Com and specialise in accounts or opt for BFM or BAF. This takes care of the study part.

But when it comes to actual setting up of business. All I can say is be aware of the demand in the local area or what the localities are demanding for. This will help you select the product you wish to sell in the market.

Knowledge of online marketing like web development, animations, graphics etc too can come handy.
