All boards are good but CBSE is the standard for all over India. Infact CBSE is also responsible for conducting NEET exam for medical colleges therefore I would suggest you should go for CBSE.

If there is a choice i would suggest you to opt for CBSE. Its more centralised and exams oriented and many exams like IITJEE and NEET are conducted by CBSE only.
