Hello

Welcome to Careerguide.com!!!.

According to the Information Bulletin for NEET 2017, there is no as such reservation for NCC cadets in the various government as well as private medical colleges in India. According to the NEET 2023 Eligibility Criteria, the reservation will be provided according to the state quota, category quota and PWD quota. But, I am not sure about the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) Pune. Since it is a medical college which comes under Ministry of Defence, So it might be possible that NCC quota may apply in this college.

The application procedure in this college is different from all other colleges. You have to apply separately in this college according to your marks. There is no such information about NCC quota on the official website, so you have to call them to get all the information you want.

NEET is a national-level entrance examination for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses in India. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), and the admission process is based solely on the NEET score and the eligibility criteria set by the respective institutions.

While being an NCC cadet can help in enhancing your overall profile and increasing your chances of getting selected during the counseling process, it does not provide any direct reservation benefits in NEET. However, some states may provide certain benefits or incentives to NCC cadets in the admission process, so it is advisable to check with the respective state authorities for any such information.
