Dear aspirant,

MBA is a professional course and I don't really understand why you have chosen to study an MPhil after your MBA. MPhil is usually done as a track course for studying a PhD, or to get a lectureship at Universities and colleges. Studying for an MPhil in Commerce will let you apply for Lecturer positions, and even for that you will have to be NET qualified.

You need to ask yourself what your career aspirations are. Probably take up the psychometric assessment on this website to help you narrow down your interests. It may help you a lot in understanding your career interests.

If you want to get into an academic career, you can apply for teaching positions with your MBA yet. However, if you are interested in research, MPhil in Commerce is definitely an ideal route as the course allows you to do a piece of research work in a area of your research interest.

With regards to stipend, no Universities or colleges provide a stipend for MPhil course in Commerce, at least in India. However, after your MPhil, you will be eligible for a salary/ stipend while doing a PhD based on the institution you will be studying. I hope this helps. Good luck.
