A financial Planner is a person who is responsible for the proper management of the finance of an company.

The work values needed to be a success full financial planner are as follows:
  • Speaking: Talking to others to convey information effectively. people will be able to understand your point only if you are speaking clearly and properly.
  • Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or say approaches to a problem. If you ability to think differently or say out of the box than only you can excel in your filed.
  • Reading comprehensions: Better understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. If you can read and understand properly it will help you to work better.
  • Active listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interpreting at in appropriate times.
  • Writing: Communicating effectively and efficiently in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
  • Interpersonal skill: Good interpersonal skill will help to relate to all around employees and colleagues better and to build a good rapport and relationship with all people which will help you providing amicable environment in your work place.
  • Communication skill: Good communication skill will always help to communicate your ideas and view in a understandable way. so that all can get and relate to your points.
  • Attention to details: Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing assigned work tasks
  • Persistence : Job requires persistence in face of obstacles, there will always be some or the other difficulties in day to day working, which needs persistence to overcome and excel.
