Please note after doing a Bachelors degree in Psychology, you cannot work as a Counselor or Psychologists.
You need a masters degree in Clinical or counseling psychology. Whereby you can work as a School counselor, hospitals or polyclinics, work in association with doctors and or psychiatrist, open your own centre.
As an Industrial Psychologist, you can work in sync with the HR department and conduct testing for recruitments, employee counseling, CSR activities and training and development
You can opt for a Diploma in Guidance and counseling and work as a career counselor.
